CHS 2025 - Support the conference through a donation or sponsorhip
Without our valued sponsors, the meeting would not be possible. Why sponsor the event?
- Increase your organization's visibility and help promote your products or services.
- Contribute to your company's internal mandates.
- Enable students and members of traditionally under-represented groups to participate through subsidized fees and conference bursaries.
- Support annual awards to students and other distinguished herpetologists.
Each year at the annual conference, the CHS holds a silent auction to raise funds and help subsidize attendance of individuals with a barrier to attending. We are seeking donations to help make these events a success. Examples of auction items include gift cards, themed gift baskets, season passes, clothing, artwork, gadgets, and more. To make a donation, please email the silent auction lead at conference@canadianherpetology.ca.

PARTNERS - VISIBILITY PLAN
All contributions are welcome, regardless of the amount, and all sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program and website. Sponsorship can also take the form of a book or object on a topic related to amphibians and reptiles, which will be among the items up for bid at a silent auction during the event. Sponsorships and donations will be accepted until 30 August 2025. Sponsors of amounts of $100 or more will benefit from increased publicity according to the following table:
