Quebec City is an important tourist destination and many accommodations are available for different budgets. Hotels

Hôtel Universel. is the closest to the meeting site, taking approximately 15 min on foot. A block of 50 rooms has been set aside for participants until 12 August 2025 at a discounted rate (discount code: 696010). The rate (excluding taxes) is 159$/night for Friday and Saturday and 135$/night on Sunday. You can book your room on the hotel website or call (+1 800-463-4495). University Residence Rooms

At a lower cost, university residences on campus also offer rooms (Pavillon Alphonse-Marie Parent, 2255 Rue de l'Université, Québec, QC G1T 1A9). The residences are an interesting choice, given they are approximately within a fifteen minute walk to the buildings where the meeting is taking place.
